Dear Space,

I think I’m overblogged. I can’t keep up w/myself on here and there is too much going on outside of this screen. This will be my official last post on this alley… I need to consolidate– i thought it would be a good idea to keep things orderly by having a blog for each passion in my life– but this is much too much. So, I’ll be turning this off as well as the music blog. and hopefully finishing the official website/blog this year. Keep posted on the main blog and flickr.

Things on my mind right now:

I really like the name Juliette. Juliette Simone would be nice– maybe I’ll name my daughter that or my pet turtle.
I miss Lolo a lot. There was a man praying on the metro yesterday– totally reminded me of Lolo- w/his vest, hat and prayer beads. I still want to name my son, Miguel– after Lolo…. but maybe I’ll name my other pet turtle, Miguelito.

Somebody across the metro on the other line shouted, Pilipina? yes, they were Pinoy…. I didn’t know if I was suppose to shout back– so I pumped my fist in the air! Solidarity!

so I’m living right in the middle of Paris’ garment district (well at least 1 of them)– kind of like Canal Street in NYC or the San Jose Flea.. except multiply that by 100. i don’t know about you but stuff like this is closer to cheap than chic! i’ve got to get my steez on but this kind of stuff is too much frou frou for me and i’m feeling a little dizzy being in fashion central. sacha’s dad gave me a tour of the neighborhood and first thing he points out: ”Chinois, Chinois, Chinois… and it goes on and on and on.. wholesale retail name it they’ve got it in your size!

please save me from the vanity!
